AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Vlotd ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the vlotd.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Any confirmation page or email you receive does not signify our acceptance of your order; it only confirms we have received it. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of the sales contract occur when we ship the product(s) to you and send you a shipping confirmation email.
