1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PRICING

All orders placed through the vlotd.com website are an offer to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

The total price quoted for an order (including product price, shipping fee, and any applicable taxes) will be the amount charged at the time of order confirmation. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate; however, in the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and either cancel the order or provide you with the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price.

2. PAYMENT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases made on vlotd.com. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All payments are processed securely through our accredited payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers.

3. ORDER LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or for commercial purposes.

4. TAXES

All prices displayed on vlotd.com are shown in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.

5. BILLING DISCREPANCIES & REFUNDS

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL (If applicable)

For any subscription services or recurring billing products:

  • You authorize us to save your payment method for future transactions

  • recurring charges will continue until you cancel your subscription

  • You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings

7. CURRENCY & TRANSACTION FEES

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are using a credit card from outside the United States, your bank may apply additional currency conversion fees. Vlotd is not responsible for these third-party fees.
