Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and select a payment method.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Q: My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?
A: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier's system. If your tracking hasn't updated after 2 business days, please contact us at vlotdaa@gmail.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging. Some items are final sale (e.g., personal care products).
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please contact us first at vlotdaa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a Return Authorization and instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: We cover return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
